Running Domain Locker on DockHive

Smallest size

Domain Locker needs at least a Small HivePod (about $4 a month if it runs all the time). Smaller sizes can't be picked for it. It is billed by the hour while it runs, from your plan's included vCPU-hours first, and a stopped pod costs nothing. A Small pod needs more than the Free Tier's 1 vCPU, so use the Developer or Pro Plan.

Its database is included

Domain Locker comes with PostgreSQL inside the same HivePod, set up for you with its own generated password. Only the app can reach it, and you pay for the pod's size only.

Its own HTTPS address

Domain Locker gets its own HTTPS address as soon as it's running. You can also serve it on your own domain: add the domain to the pod and the certificate is issued automatically.

Your data and backups

Domain Locker's data stays on the pod's disk and survives restarts. HivePod backups include all of it, and restoring a backup brings back the same app with the same data.
